Facility: Bemidji Medical Center Location: Bemidji, MN Address: 1300 Anne St NW, Bemidji, MN 56601, USA Shift: 12 Hours - Varied Shifts Job Schedule: Part time Weekly Hours: 24-32 hours per week. This position is responsible for providing leadership and management to the nursing staff on the house supervisor unit. The House Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of the unit, including but not limited to: staff scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations. The House Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with Sanford Health policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field is required. The House Supervisor will be expected to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
