Job description
Description 1 years of registered nurse experience in an acute care/hospital setting preferred. Location: UCHealth UCHlth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion, US:CO:Aurora Department: UCHA SANE FTE: PRN, 0.0, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Combination of shifts Pay: $35.29 - $54.71 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option. Summary: Performs forensic examinations of individuals who have been sexually assaulted, including but not limited to, sexual assault victims, suspects, and witnesses. Conducts thorough and comprehensive physical exams, collects and preserves evidence, and documents findings in accordance with established protocols. Provides emotional support and crisis intervention as needed. Collaborates with law enforcement agencies, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive response to the victim's needs. Maintains confidentiality and adheres to all applicable laws and regulations. Performs other duties as assigned.
