We are searching for a(an) RN Float Pool for our facility. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. You will be responsible for the delivery of patient care to include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work within a care team to ensure the patient needs are met in a timely and effective manner. You will be responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and appropriate nursing care to patients. Qualifications What you will need: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas, or ability to obtain. A minimum of one (1) year of recent clinical experience. BCLS certification required upon hire. ACLS certification required within six (6) months of hire. Critical thinking, service excellence, and interpersonal communication skills.
