As Store Manager, you will be part of our mission, ensuring that the store is a place where your team loves to spend time, shaping the culture "work with heart & soul". In this role, you will have full responsibility for providing customer experiences and achieving business goals.

What will be expected of you?

• Collaboration with Area Manager to increase sales and achieve KPI indicators.
• Developing monthly plans and schedules based on productivity targets.
• Ensuring the highest quality customer service, effective teamwork, and operational efficiency every day.
• Training and developing your team by helping colleagues reach their full potential, sharing knowledge, and inspiring action.
• Responsibility for recruitment, hiring, and developing a talented team.
• Caring for employees' well-being and engagement through regular one-on-one meetings and building genuine relationships with the team. You will organize meetings to integrate, celebrate successes, and reflect on areas of development.
