Rituals – HR Advisor (Warsaw) - (m/f/x)

As an HR Advisor, you will advise and collaborate with leaders to implement our strategy while also taking care of the well-being and development of our employees, shaping the culture of "work with heart & soul". Your actions will have a real impact on our teams' daily experiences - from onboardings, through talent development, to initiatives supporting engagement and effectiveness.

What will be part of your tasks? 

• Supporting our Retail Managers (Shop Managers, Area Managers Head of Retail) in complex HR issues.

• Proactive, strategic advice and support in areas such as management, employee development, and labor law, taking into account applicable regulations.

• Initiating and leading (also international) HR projects, including onboardings, performance evaluations, or leadership development.

• Creating guidelines and standards, analyzing key HR indicators, and designing and implementing training programs to support the development of organizational departments.

• Collaboration with the HR team and reporting to Head of HR.
