• Training and developing the team by helping colleagues achieve their full potential, sharing knowledge, and inspiring action.
• Supporting the Store Manager in creating a culture of trust based on positive and constructive feedback.
• Active participation in recruitment, hiring, and developing a talented team.
• Readiness to replace the Store Manager and take full responsibility if needed.
