Human Resources - HR Consultant

As part of our company's Expansion Plan, we are selecting an HR Consultant to join the Office team.

Reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager, the selected candidate will carry out the following activities:

- Complete management of assigned selection processes, for direct hiring.

- Publication of new job opportunities.

- Search (candidate database, publication on job portals and active sourcing), screening, interviews and selection of potential candidates.

- Drafting and presentation of candidate reports.

- Client consulting.

- Candidate orientation throughout the entire process.

- Monitoring of selection processes until their closure.

Requirements:

- Methodical, organized, proactive and motivated individual to develop in the personnel selection and human resources sector.

- Service-oriented and customer/candidate-focused with an objective-driven approach.

- Knowledge of the local territory.

Required languages:

- Italian: native speaker.

Monthly salary: €1500.00 gross
