Job description
Our client who is, a specialist Health & Safety and Risk Management Company is seeking experienced Surveyors with expertise in Fire Risk Assessment, Health & Safety and Reinstatement Cost Analysis to join their growing national property and insurance risk team.
This role will involve conducting on-site surveys across a diverse property portfolio including residential, educational, care, health, office, and industrial sites. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance, producing risk assessments, and advising clients on fire safety, health and safety, and reinstatement costs.

Key Requirements:

Key Requirements:
- Min. 2 years' experience in Fire Safety / Risk Assessments
- Strong knowledge of Fire Safety legislation (RRO 2005)
- Tier 2 accreditation (IFSM or similar) - or willingness to obtain
- Relevant Fire Safety qualification (NEBOSH / IFE / FPA or equivalent)
- Excellent communication & report writing skills
- RICS membership (desirable)
