- Strong skills in negotiating, relationship building, problem solving, and timely problem escalation
- Strong analytical skills (experience with audit or controls analytics is a plus)
- Good business writing and oral communication skills (proficiency in English)
- Time management and organizational skills
- Detail oriented but able to quickly grasp the bigger picture
- A minimum of Bachelor’s (post-secondary degree) preferably in Business or technical field
- Risk certifications highly desirable
- CAMS-certification or Professional Diploma in Compliance (LCOI)) desirable
- Big 4 Experience desirable

Successful internal control quality management requires individuals who are able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, integrate perspectives and ultimately drive beneficial business outcomes.
This role provides a hybrid way of working with an onsite presence of 2 days/week.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the implementation and ongoing execution of Marketing’s risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) activities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates
- Assist in the coordination and collection of inputs for control attestations and reporting required under the Global Internal Audit Annual Plan
- Help conduct reviews to assess Marketing’s control environment and compliance with applicable policies, standards, and contractual obligations
- Track the status of identified issues and remediation actions, ensuring updates are recorded and escalated appropriately for reporting to leadership
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Central Risk & Compliance, Legal, and Privacy to support risk and compliance initiatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of controls, processes, and assessment results, following internal audit guidelines and ERM framework (Enterprise risk management)
- Document the results of control testing activities and assist in summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Contribute to the identification of areas for process improvement and support the implementation of enhancements to the risk and controls framework
