Risk and Security Manager

Overview The purpose of the role is to provide a consistent, comprehensive service to the Franchised and Corporate stores within Cash Crusaders, relating to Operational Risk, Security, Safety and Loss prevention. The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of security technology such as CCTV, Alarm systems, monitoring technology, incident investigation and Risk mitigation plans. Eastern Cape based, travel throughout the province. Responsibilities The Risk and Security Manager will execute operations in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This includes conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing risk management strategies, providing training to employees on security protocols, and investigating incidents of loss or damage. The role also involves maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies, insurance companies, and other external partners. Requirements The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field such as Risk Management, Security, or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role is required, preferably within the retail or financial services sector. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of security technologies and protocols, including CCTV, Alarm systems, monitoring technology, incident investigation, and risk mitigation plans. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
