Job Title - Risk and Compliance : ISMS Senior Specialist Location: Bangalore (SDC) - Bagmane Tech Park Interview Mode - Virtual Interview Work Model - Hybrid Model Overview The ISMS Specialist will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving clients’ Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 and related standards. The role requires strong consulting experience, including leading client engagements, assessing compliance posture, and delivering strategic recommendations to clients. The ISMS Specialist will also be responsible for developing and maintaining ISMS documentation, conducting risk assessments, and identifying and mitigating risks to clients’ information security. The role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, including IT, Risk, and Compliance, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of ISMS. The ISMS Specialist will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, and to apply this knowledge to deliver high-quality services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of information security principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks, as well as excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The role will require a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as information security, risk management, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be certified in ISO/IEC 27001 or a related standard, and will have experience with ISMS implementation, risk assessment, and compliance reporting.
