About the roleAn opportunity exists for an experienced and highly motivated full-time Retail Store Manager to manage our Hornby store! Duties include; Ensuring the overall profitable operation and management of the store Ensure sales targets are met Reporting results as required Managing rosters, recruitment and development Leading from example providing customer's with the ultimate Rip Curl customer experience With the support of your Regional Manager and wider People team you will be passionate about driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction and creating a positive work environment. If you have a passion for retail, excellent communication skills and are looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you! Please note that this is a full-time position.
