Job description
ConsultANZ is currently looking for Rig Operators to join a well-established piling contractor in Perth for an upcoming project. This role will be working on a mining site, performing piling and civil works for one of the largest mining companies in Australia.
Main Duties
You will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Main Duties
You will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Coordinating activities of workers engaged in piling and ground improvements for structures.
- Directing the workers engaged in operating machines to drive piling and sheets.
- In-charge of ensuring all quality assurance on-site.
- Enforcing all OH&S procedures.
- Management of staff and labour of own team and subcontractors.
A successful candidate will bring into the role:
- Ideally, you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Operator, piling rig experience in civil projects.
- Experience with Bauer, Liebherr, and Soilmec is highly desirable.
- Strong experience in piling methods, such as CFA, bored piles, driven piles etc.
- Strong leadership and time management skills.
- A good understanding of general construction and safety workplace procedures.
- Self-driven and ability to work both autonomously and under supervision.
- Pay as per EBA, negotiable depending on experience.
- Work with a team dedicated to your personal and professional development.
