Job description

Manpower Permanent Professional selects for an important multinational company in the metalmechanical sector, leader in pumping and filtering water, a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor. The inserted resource will manage the ordinary and preventive maintenance plan, ensuring plant efficiency, risk reduction, and budget respect. It will also be responsible for coordinating the internal and external team, supervising electrical and mechanical interventions, analyzing failures and proposing solutions to improve performance and reduce downtime. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in maintenance planning and execution, as well as knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. The selected resource will work closely with the production department to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
