RIF. 3767: AREA MANAGER LOMBARDIA

Errekappa Euroterapici S.p.A., Italian pharmaceutical company with significant experience in clinical nutrition and metabolic therapy, as part of a territory development plan, is seeking an Area Manager in the Lombardy region . The resource, reporting to the Commercial Director, will be responsible for: Developing sales of the entire portfolio, in areas of competence, based on shared objectives with the company. Analyze the market, plan the strategy to increase sales and market share, identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers. Coordinate and manage a team of Sales Representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective targets. Monitor and control the budget for the area, ensuring effective use of resources and minimizing costs. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services, increasing brand awareness and reputation. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in sales and marketing efforts. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, developing partnerships and collaborations that drive growth and revenue. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Provide regular reports to the Commercial Director on area performance, market trends, and competitor activity. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
