Rider Communications Specialist (m/f/d)

• Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure that Riders have quick and uncomplicated access to all relevant information at any time.

• Work closely with our internal teams and actively shape exciting projects together.

• Recognize the needs of our Riders, develop suitable solutions together with colleagues, and bring them successfully into implementation.

• Plan and support the further development of Rider-related processes through clear and effective communication measures.

• Identify continuous improvement potential to ensure an outstanding Candidate Experience in comparison to the industry.
