Requests for babysitter in Segrate

I am Francesca, 31 years old, and together with my partner Stefano, 36 years old, we live in the center of Segrate (MI) and are parents of a lovely 2-year-old girl named Chloe. The little one is a very sunny, friendly, funny, intelligent, and very affectionate child despite being quite lively due to her age. My job is to be a mom 24/7 while my partner works freelance often outside the home and we have no help from both families (my parents who would be willing to help us purely out of love). We are looking for someone who can take care of Chloe during the day, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The ideal candidate should have experience in taking care of children, be able to engage in playful activities with them, and be willing to help with light housekeeping tasks. We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and has a good sense of humor.
