Requests for babysitters in Rome

We are looking for a babysitter for a 4-year-old and a half child who is available to work immediately: as far as the month of June 'on call' to get to know the child (clearly compensated) and for the month of July that is available to follow the mother of the child and the child itself in Calabria at the sea, Squillace area. There will be a room for her, obviously daily pauses to agree. The child is very sweet, mom super calm. We need a babysitter who knows how to create an atmosphere of trust and serenity for the child, being able to manage his needs and desires, having fun with him, playing games, singing songs, reading books, doing arts and crafts, going on outings, etc. The ideal candidate should be available from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, with a minimum of 3 hours per day. We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, punctual, and has a good sense of humor. The babysitter will have the opportunity to get to know the child's routine, habits, and preferences, and will be able to work independently, making decisions that benefit the child's well-being.
