Babysitting requests in Milan

We are a French couple, in Milan for 11 years, looking for a babysitter for Marceau (3 years old) and Sacha (6 months old) - for a few afternoons a week.
The commitment would involve picking up Marceau and Sacha at 4:00 PM, and taking care of them until our return. The school and daycare are in the same facility, a 10-minute walk from our home, in the Arco della Pace area. Marceau is a sociable, affectionate, curious child, full of energy and loves music. Sacha is a calm and smiling baby. We are looking for a reliable, sweet, and dynamic person, with experience in childcare and, specifically, with babies a few months old. It is important that they love being with children and have the desire to involve them in games and activities that stimulate their curiosity and imagination.
