Requests for babysitter in Milan

I'm Anna and I'm mom of Alessandro, a joyful and sociable 9-month-old boy. From September he'll go to nursery school and I would need someone who takes care of him on the days when he might not feel well. Maybe we could think about agreeing on spot hours per week so as to ensure our presence when Alessandro gets sick. I'm looking for a babysitter who is available from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The ideal candidate would be someone who loves children and has experience in taking care of babies. It's not necessary to have any specific qualifications or certifications, but it would be great if you had some knowledge about child development and could provide a safe and loving environment for Alessandro.
