Requests for babysitter in Liguria

I am a separated father and I work every day until 3:30 pm. I am married to another person who is not my daughter's mother but works late and when my child comes out at 12:40 pm from school I would need help. I am looking for a babysitter who can take care of my child from 12:40 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The babysitter should have experience in taking care of children, be able to prepare simple meals and snacks, and be able to engage in activities with my child. The babysitter should also be able to communicate with me in Italian, as I am not fluent in English. I am looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. The babysitter should also be able to work independently and make decisions when necessary. I am willing to pay a competitive salary and provide a comfortable working environment.
