Requests for babysitter in Genoa

We are a family of three people: Mum, Dad and our 19-month-old baby. Our lively, sunny and always smiling child is very curious and eager to play. Our main goal is to help him grow up in a peaceful and cheerful atmosphere, transmitting affection every day. We both work and he attends the nursery school. We would need some help mainly in the afternoon, between school pick-up and our return from work, and occasionally when needed. For us it means having someone who can take care of our child with love and attention, playing with him, reading to him, singing with him, and making him feel safe and happy. The ideal candidate would be someone who is patient, kind, and gentle, able to understand the needs of a young child and respond accordingly. We are looking for someone who can commit to working with us on a regular basis, ideally 2-3 times a week, for about 2 hours in the afternoon.
