Babysitting requests in Corsico

We are a family composed of mom, dad, Alberto aged 7, and Azzurra aged 2 years and 5 months.
We are looking for a trustworthy person who can become a stable point of reference for Azzurra, not for occasional help, but to accompany her on her growth journey while we are at work.
We would mainly need help for Azzurra, from Monday to Friday, around 3:30 PM, after nursery, until 6:00 PM, when dad returns. Occasionally on Saturdays.
Azzurra is a very quiet and sweet child. Initially, she might need a little time to gain confidence, but once she feels comfortable, she becomes truly adorable: she loves to play, interact, and be in company. She is also a very creative and curious child. The need would be starting in approximately two months, so we are calmly starting to look for the right person, so we can get to know each other and gradually build a trusting relationship with Azzurra.
