Babysitting Requests in Bologna

We are Caterina and Luca and we live in Bologna with our daughter Agnese and our two cats, Ottavia and Clotilde. Agnese is a sweet, nice, and very funny little girl. She chatters a lot, sings often, and is a big fan of role-playing and fantasy games. She is a bit lazy and rather cautious: she doesn't jump headfirst into things, she prefers to observe and understand first, but as soon as she discovers something she likes, then she goes all-in! We are looking for a reliable and affectionate person who can become a point of reference for Agnese and for our family. We would need them occasionally when she cannot go to school because she is sick or in case of strikes or other closures. We would also like to be able to count on the same person, every now and then, for some evenings: for example, when Luca and I want to go out for dinner, to the cinema, or to a concert. It is important for us to build a relationship of trust and find someone who enjoys naturally becoming part of our daily life.
