Payroll Specialist

Description of the job In order to ensure the proper functioning of our payroll department, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for the following tasks: • Processing and verifying employee data; • Calculating salaries and benefits; • Managing and updating payroll records; • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations; • Providing support to other departments as needed. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field; • 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing; • Knowledge of Swiss labor laws and regulations; • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
