RF Integration & Verification Engineer (m/w/x)

To strengthen our expert team at our customer from the radio frequency and communication industry, we're looking for an RF Integration & Verification Engineer (m/w/x) in a permanent position at K-tronik. We're excited to get to know you personally - and work together with passion and teamwork on exciting projects and future-oriented technologies.

Tasks:

  • Supporting technical project leadership in the integration, qualification, and verification of the developed product with a focus on HF technology - Conducting tests, measurements, and evaluations of the performance of HF amplifier systems; evaluating the implementation quality of requirements and providing an overview of still-to-be-developed features - Consolidating and harmonizing existing technical system descriptions, ensuring consistency and quality of technical documentation (clarifying inconsistencies and supplementing missing information in coordination with relevant technical contact partners) - Independent development of necessary SW tools for test automation - Participation in requirement analysis and clarification through own solution proposals - Acting as an interface function and closely cooperating with the technical project leadership, hardware and software development, and internal and external test laboratories - Preparing the selection of components for system components - Creating technical documentation and reports to track the development process and ensure product conformity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferably with a focus on high-frequency technology) or equivalent technical qualification - Qualified knowledge of high-frequency technology, as well as professional experience in the development environment (knowledge in at least one additional technically relevant area such as systems engineering, signal processing, or software development is desirable) - Practical professional experience in system integration of amplifier system solutions or individual components in hardware and software for complex overall systems or in hardware development in the high-frequency technology field - Funded knowledge in the area of qualification and handling HF measurement technology - Programming skills in Python (further development of tools for test automation) - Ability to understand technical content, document it clearly, especially recognizing inconsistencies, conducting independent research, and clear communication with technical experts - Structured, self-reliant, and process-oriented working style, as well as excellent communication and team skills - Outstanding conceptual strength, ability to get involved in complex overall systems, and actively setting impulses - Structured and sovereign behavior in critical situations, high problem-solving competence - Motivated personality with outstanding moderation and communication skills and clear alignment on the common project success - Very good German and English language skills.
