Job Summary: We are seeking an exceptionally talented and experienced RF Hardware Architect to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative RF hardware solutions that enable the next generation of satellite communications and wireless systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the development of our cutting-edge products and ensuring their successful deployment. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop innovative RF hardware solutions that meet the requirements of our satellite communications and wireless systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF hardware with other system components. • Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including schematics, layouts, and performance specifications. • Work closely with our manufacturing team to ensure the successful production and testing of RF hardware components. • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in RF hardware technology and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our products and processes. • Participate in the development of technical specifications, test plans, and test procedures for RF hardware components. • Collaborate with our quality assurance team to ensure that RF hardware components meet our high standards for quality and reliability. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners. • Participate in the development of technical training materials and provide training to our team members. • Stay current with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our products and processes. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in RF hardware design and development, preferably in the satellite communications or wireless systems industry. • Strong understanding of RF hardware design principles, including antenna design, filter design, and amplifier design. • Experience with RF hardware simulation tools, such as AWR Microwave Office or Agilent ADS. • Strong understanding of digital signal processing and modulation techniques. • Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, or Python. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, such as FCC regulations.
