Employment Type: Full-time

• Management and organization of the reception
• Leadership and scheduling of the reception team
• Check-in & Check-out as well as guest service
• Reservations and administrative tasks
• Close collaboration with all hotel departments
• Correspondence manager (creation of offers, booking confirmations, wellness treatments etc. via our hotel program)

• Experience at the reception, ideally as a manager
• Host personality and enjoyment of dealing with guests
• Organizational talent and sense of responsibility
• Very good German and good English skills
• Team spirit, flexibility and independent way of working

• 5 or 6 day week possible

• Payment according to collective agreement and depending on professional experience - overpayment possible
