As Rezeptionsleiter (m/w/d), you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area, including checking in guests, handling inquiries and complaints, and providing information on hotel services and local attractions. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of customer service, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and work effectively as part of our team.
