Job description
The Bernerhof is a year-round hotel in the ****Superior category with 46 rooms and suites. Our restaurants, with a total of around 200 seats, offer a diverse range for our international and discerning guests: the rustic 'La Gare' with regional specialties (13 points Gault-Millau), the restaurant 'Blun-Chi' with Chinese delicacies (14 points Gault-Millau), the pizzeria Basta, and a brand new restaurant in the planning (be surprised!).
To complement the team at our lively reception, we are looking for a
Receptionist / Front Office Supervisor
- Guest service and consultation for our international, discerning guests
- Liaison between the Front Office Team and the Rooms Division Manager
- Reservations including correspondence (offers, confirmations) using Protel
- Check-in and Check-out
- Receiving and forwarding telephone calls
- Posting of point of sales
- Preparation of daily reports
- Receiving restaurant reservations
- A well-rehearsed team and a diverse working environment in an innovative establishment in the heart of Gstaad.
- Rooms and studios in our staff house in immediate proximity to the hotel
