Job description
The “Alpina deluxe” is a 4-star superior category hotel. It has 86 rooms and suites, two traditional parlors, a cozy hotel restaurant, a Mountain Lounge at 1,930m, and a hotel bar. Our family-run establishment offers our guests an optimal starting point for all holiday experiences due to its direct ski slope location. Currently, around 60 exceptional employees work together and gain formative experiences.
“Alpina deluxe” means security in a luxurious alpine location, enjoyment, and top-level skiing pleasure.

Employment Type: Full-time
Your most important tasks:
Check-in and check-out of guests
Answering telephone inquiries
Receiving feedback and forwarding it to the respective departments
Creating offers and processing reservation requests
Taking care of guests in the establishment
Who we are looking for:
Do you have a completed vocational training or hotel management school education?
Do you possess very good German language skills?
Can you speak and write English very well?
Do you already have experience with hotel software?
Do you work in an organized and dedicated manner?
