We are looking for a friendly and reliable receptionist or front desk employee who will professionally support our patients from the very first contact and, at the same time, ensure that everything runs smoothly and is organized in the daily practice routine.

Tasks

• Warm welcome and support for our patients
• Appointment scheduling and coordination of treatment processes
• Telephone and written communication with patients
• Organization of the reception and waiting area
• Handling of general organizational and administrative tasks
• Support with billing, documentation, and practice organization
• Close coordination with our medical and paramedical team
• Ensuring a professional and high-quality patient experience

Qualifications

• Ideally, experience at the reception desk, in a practice, clinic, hotel industry, or in upscale customer service
• Friendly, well-groomed, and professional demeanor
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of contact with people
• Organizational talent and a good sense of priorities
• Reliable, structured, and independent way of working
• Confident use of digital applications and modern communication tools
• Discretion and sense of responsibility in handling sensitive patient data
• Interest in the areas of aesthetics, beauty, and longevity
