As a Receptionist at ADLER Spa Resorts & Lodges, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating their unforgettable experience with us. Your responsibilities will include: • Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, • Providing information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, • Handling guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise, • Maintaining the reception area and ensuring a clean and organized environment. We are looking for someone who is: • Fluent in English (and possibly other languages), • Friendly, approachable, and able to provide excellent customer service, • Proactive, flexible, and willing to learn and grow with our team, • Able to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
