We are looking for an open personality who enjoys being a host and has a passion for contact with people. Guest service, digital tools, and a smooth operation at the reception are exactly your thing. You work independently, think proactively, and can keep an overview even when things get a bit lively. Heartfelt service is a matter of course for you, and you contribute with your uncomplicated nature to making our guests feel comfortable.

From the start, you will take responsibility in the daily reception operations and, together with the team, ensure a smooth process and satisfied guests.

• Warm welcome and farewell to our hotel guests
• Independent handling of check-in and check-out
• Processing of reservations via telephone, email, and online portals
• Creating and checking invoices as well as payment processing
• Competent information about the hotel, our services, and the Bern region
• Handling guest requests and complaints
  General administrative work at the reception
• Assistance with breakfast service as needed
