• You create a feel-good atmosphere and guarantee an unforgettable stay for our guests

• You are the point of contact for our guests from A to Z throughout their entire stay and are responsible for check-in, check-out, and occupancy optimization

• You answer telephone and personal guest inquiries and provide information about local excursion possibilities, sights, and additional services

• You enjoy working in a diverse work environment and are flexible regarding varying working hours, such as on weekends or during the week, as well as day and night shifts
