Anstellungsart: Vollzeit Professioneller Empfang und Betreuung von Gästen, Kunden und Parteien; Organisation von Events und Seminaren; Kommunikation mit den Gästen und der Belegschaft; Erstellung von Angeboten und Rechnungen; Bearbeitung von Buchungen und Reservierungen; Koordination von Logistik und Versorgung; Überwachung der Zimmer- und Räumlichkeiten; Führen von Inventarlisten und -bestellungen; Überwachung der Haushaltsbuchhaltung; Führen von Gästebuchern und -listen.
