• Warm and professional care for our guests – in person, by phone, and via email
• Carrying out check-in and check-out
• Accepting and processing reservations and guest inquiries
• Individual care for our guests, as well as handling guest requests and complaints
• Cashiering and billing
• Coordination and communication with the various hotel departments
• Maintaining guest data and reservations
• Active selling and upselling of our hotel offers
• Building a personal and professional guest relationship
• Independent, reliable, and responsible work

• Completed vocational training in hotel management as well as professional experience in upscale hotel/restaurant industry
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
• In-depth knowledge of the hotel software Protel, which is an essential part of daily work at the reception
• Distinctive host personality with a high orientation towards service and quality
• Confident, well-groomed, and warm demeanor, as well as excellent communication skills
• Independent, structured, and reliable work style as well as team spirit, flexibility, and high commitment; willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shifts

• Regulated working hours in conjunction with modern time tracking
