Job description
We are looking for you for the most beautiful holiday region in Austria at Home of Lässig! Employment type: Time/Seasonal contract Your tasks: Offer presentation, recording and booking of all services provided by our guests Conducting check-in and check-out Concierge work Answering detailed guest reviews (Booking.com, HolidayCheck, TripAdvisor, Homepage) Building a personal and professional relationship with our regular guests and national/international visitors Communication with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operation of the reception area Providing information and assistance to guests regarding local attractions, events, and activities Maintaining accurate records of guest stays and services provided Handling cash transactions and operating a point-of-sale system Assisting in the preparation of reports and statistics for management and marketing purposes Participating in training sessions and workshops to improve knowledge and skills in areas such as customer service, communication, and conflict resolution
