Receptionist (m/w/d)

We are the harry's home & Adler Hotels with currently 17 hotels in the D-A-CH region. We belong to the ADLERS Lifestyle Hotel and the Boutiquehotel Schwarzer Adler in Innsbruck, as well as 15 other harry's home Hotels in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland, which will be on an exciting growth course in the coming years. In Innsbruck, there is also the HelpOffice, where the management and administrative departments of the company are located, which manage the houses and provide support to our guests. We are looking for a Receptionist (m/w/d) who is passionate about hospitality and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in the hotel industry and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The tasks include: - Greeting guests and providing information on the hotel's services and facilities, - Handling room reservations and changes, - Processing payments and handling cash transactions, - Maintaining the reception area and ensuring that it is clean and tidy, - Providing support to other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance, - Participating in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge.
