We, the 4-star superior hotel DIE WASNERIN in the Styrian Salzkammergut, have established ourselves as a Health & Nature Hotel on the market. Our establishment is managed individually and personally. • First point of contact for our guests
• Checking guests in and out with escort service to their room
• Managing your own shift service
• Morning or evening shift with responsibility
• Cash management (cash closing, receipt reconciliation, etc.)
• Ensuring a smooth process within the reception team and with other departments
• Active selling of the hotel's own offers or products
• Reservation acceptance and processing
• Creation of printed materials (daily menus, guest newspaper, etc.)
• Organization and assistance with events
• Embodying and adhering to the company philosophy

• Preferably a successfully completed apprenticeship as a Hotel and Catering Assistant or a successfully completed Hotel Management School / Tourism School
• Professional experience in comparable high-end restaurants or hotels
• Communicative, creative, and open demeanor

We offer you a regular year-round job with 5 days/40 hours per week.

Information according to law: For this position, a collective agreement minimum wage of € 2,159.00 gross/month applies.

An above-collective agreement, market-compliant salary depending on qualification and experience (up to € 2,485.00 gross/month) as well as additional bonus payments for above-average performance is offered.
