Seefelds Bed & Breakfast : A charming house with 45 rooms, located in the center of Seefeld, ideal for athletic enthusiasts and uncomplicated travelers. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring that our guests feel welcome and at ease. You will also be involved in the planning and implementation of events and activities, as well as supporting the hotel's marketing efforts. Your tasks will include: • Greeting and welcoming guests, answering questions, and providing information about the hotel and its services; • Handling inquiries and complaints from guests, resolving issues promptly and professionally; • Supporting the hotel's marketing efforts by participating in promotional activities and events; • Assisting with the planning and implementation of events and activities, such as weddings, conferences, and parties; • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the reception area and throughout the hotel; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
