Rewards Services Intern (CDMX)

This is an exciting role that will offer opportunity to grow and learn within our Human Resources and Total Rewards Administration space. This individual will be tasked with multiple assignments regarding processes that operate and execute our Rewards Offers. What do you get to do in this position? Learn and understand our Mexico Rewards offers Assist with responding to inquiries from employees and partnering with our vendors to resolve them Provide excellent customer service to our employees and ensure timely resolution of their concerns Develop a deep understanding of our company's compensation philosophy and how it relates to our overall business strategy Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to identify trends, analyze data, and develop insights that inform our rewards strategies Work closely with various stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Compensation Analysts, and other key partners to ensure alignment and effective communication Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our Rewards programs What do you need to succeed? Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with HR systems and processes is a plus
