You’ll be joining a well-known global player in a rapidly changing sector, reporting to an experienced VP Talent (Australia) who has a laundry list of strategic reward projects that need your attention and expertise! You’ll get exposure to a strategy refresh – particularly around incentives and job architecture, while mentoring a Rem Analyst in annual cyclical activities. This role is all about delivering strategic reward solutions that drive business outcomes, so you should be comfortable with data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
