Responsibilities: Create and maintain Revit models for MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) based on engineering designs and specifications. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Develop and maintain Revit families and templates. Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts within the models. Coordinate with other disciplines (architectural, structural) to ensure model integration. Prepare and review construction documents. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Revit and MEP design. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Revit MEP modeling. Strong understanding of MEP systems and their design principles. Proficient in Revit software, including experience with modeling, documentation, and coordination. Knowledge of building codes and standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
