What will you do?

As a modeler, you'll work on luxury villas, circulaire business buildings, and living and care environments with a pulse. ❤️

You won't just set up designs, but also actively think about sustainable and technical solutions that elevate architecture to a higher level.

• Modeling and visualizing with Revit, BIM, AI, and VR for smart and sustainable designs.
• Developing building plans in preliminary and definitive designs.
• Preparing specifications and working drawings that form the basis for realization.
• Creative solutions thinking that excel both aesthetically and technically.
• Participating in Lab H innovation workgroups, where you'll work together with colleagues on the future of architecture.

What do we offer you?

• Salary: €3.800 – €5.000 per month, depending on experience.
• 30 vacation days with a full-time employment contract.

What do you bring?

• A completed degree in Architecture and preferably 5 years of experience with Revit.
• A keen eye for detail and an innovative, solution-focused mindset.
• Strong communication skills: you switch seamlessly between clients, colleagues, and advisors.
• Ambition to grow—whether that's in your role as a modeler or as a future project leader.
• Good command of the Dutch language in word and writing.
