To complement our audit team, we are looking for a dedicated individual as: Audit Assistant with Perspective for Audit Management, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Audit Assistant with Perspective for Audit Management (80% - 100%)

Tasks:

• Support in conducting limited audits for SMEs in various industries, including non-profit organizations
• Preparation and independent execution of audit procedures
• Examination and analysis of annual financial statements, and documentation of audit results
• Editing of audit reports and other audit documents
• Independent management of our audit clients
• Identification and implementation of process improvements through digitalization and automation
• Active participation in the expansion of our audit department
• Gradual assumption of own audit mandates with the prospect of taking over the management of the audit department in the medium term

Profile:

• Experience in auditing or the fiduciary industry, preferably with initial experience in limited audits and further education in fiduciary services or finance and accounting
• Very good MS Office and ERP knowledge (Abacus advantageous)
• Open to modern technologies
• Precise, independent way of working and high customer orientation
• Confident communication in German and English
