Join the Interprofessional Pension Fund AVS of the Federation of Romande Enterprises, FER CIAM Geneva, as an AVS Auditor (80-100%) Your mission: You will be required to travel to various companies in the canton of Geneva to verify with employers subject to control that they are complying with the regulations and standards applicable to their activities. This includes verifying the accuracy of accounting records, checking the validity of social insurance contributions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Your tasks will also include providing guidance and support to employers on how to improve their accounting and social insurance practices, as well as identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies that may arise during your audits. You will work closely with other members of the AVS team to ensure that all aspects of the audit process are carried out in a thorough and professional manner.
