Requirements

• Previous experience in reverse logistics, team management, and operational processes.
• Knowledge of performance indicators, analysis of PGR and DDR, and operational cost management.
• Experience in managing people (training, development, conflict resolution, and performance tracking).
• Analytical capacity to propose improvements and make strategic decisions.
• Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Tech knowledge of logistics control tools and technologies applied to the sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields.

• Supervise reverse logistics processes, ensuring execution according to established operational standards.
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators (cost, productivity, absenteeism, rotation, bank hours, inventory, and losses).
• Develop action plans for non-conformities, ensuring operational stability and achieving area goals.
• Promote training and continuous development of the team and leaders, fostering good practices in safety, quality, and health at work.
• Work with support and international areas to resolve problems and align processes.
• Identify, implement, and monitor opportunities for improvement, focusing on cost reduction and efficiency gains.
• Ensure resources, tools, and necessary conditions for the team's work.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, promoting engagement, productivity, and process evolution.
