Revenue Specialist - HNH Hospitality

Hosco HNH Hospitality is one of the main independent hotel operators in Italy, operating 19 hotels (plus 4 in pipeline) located throughout Italian territory. For the Headquarters office in Venice Mestre (VE), we are looking for a Revenue Specialist to be inserted into the Commercial Strategy Department. You will be part of a young, dynamic, competent, and enthusiastic team that deals with Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, in strong synergy with hotels and under the guidance of a Revenue Manager Team Leader of cluster. What you will do: - Data collection and reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis - Loading, management, monitoring, and optimization of rates, inventory, and distribution. - Analysis and definition of sales tactics in synergy with your cluster team. - Monitoring of destination calendar and market and competitive context. Who we are looking for: A person passionate about Revenue Management, able to collaborate with a large and heterogeneous team, showing flexibility, curiosity, and willingness to learn, attitudinally inclined towards numerical/quantitative reasoning and with excellent proficiency in main computer tools. We prefer someone with academic studies in economics-tourism who has gained one year of experience in the role in structured companies. Preferred title will be knowledge of systems and logics of Best Western/Hilton/IHG brands.
