Revenue Operations Intern - Cologne

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Intern for our location in Cologne or Berlin to support our Commercial Team in setting up Billing Operations cleanly, scalably, and automated. You will take responsibility for operational billing processes and drive your own RevOps projects forward – from process documentation and automation to sustainable solutions for operational bottlenecks.

Your Role at Nelly:

• Manage Billing Operations: You will ensure that our billing processes run correctly, on time, and smoothly – for internal GTM teams and our customers.

• Drive Automation: You will identify manual, repetitive processes and help make them more efficient using AI, no-code, or low-code tools.

• Implement RevOps Projects: You will take on clearly defined projects end-to-end and develop scalable solutions instead of short-term quick fixes.

• Document Processes: You will capture workflows, automation logic, and process knowledge in a structured manner to ensure transparency and knowledge transfer within the team.

• Solve Bottlenecks: You will identify operational bottlenecks in the GTM system and contribute structured solution proposals.

What you bring:

• Ownership & Independence: You proactively identify problems and reliably and independently drive solutions forward without hand-holding.

• Structured Thinking: You can quickly understand processes, identify inefficiencies, and document them clearly.

• AI & Automation Affinity: Motivation and familiarity with AI & Automation tools (e.g., Claude, n8n, Zapier, Make) to reduce manual work.

• Interest in Data Analysis: You are eager to understand operational problems based on data and have an interest in or initial experience with data analysis tools.

• Initial Relevant Experience: You have already gained practical experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments, ideally with initial exposure to RevOps, Sales Operations, or a GTM-related function.

• Availability & Languages: You speak fluent German and English and are available for at least 5 months.
